Design

Design is a church-wide study beginning in January 2025. The goal is to help people discover and clarify who they are and what they do. 

• You will discover and further understand how God uniquely created you and how you might fit in the community of faith.
• You will learn how to continually grow in your faith and calling.
• You will develop a life mission statement to help guide you where you live, work, learn, and play.

When does it start?

 Design begins the week of January 12, 2025. It consists of 9 meetings and 8 weeks of devotional content.

How do I sign up to join a group?

This will be experienced in all ongoing Life Groups and Bible Studies. If you aren't part of a group right now, we have open signup groups you can join: 

• Sundays (starting 1.12.25)
  • 12:00p-1:30p
• Tuesdays Women (starting 1.14.25)
  • 10:00a-11:30a (nursery included)
• Tuesdays Online (starting 1.14.25)
  • 6:00p-7:30p
• Wednesdays (starting 1.15.25)
  • 6:00p-6:30p Pizza Dinner  
  • 6:30p-8:00p (childcare available by request)

*All of these groups meet at OSLC, except for the online group. 

Is there homework?

Yes. The goal of the Design process is to help you discover and clarify your calling. This is best supported through daily devotion and reflection, which will provide the discussion content at weekly meetings.

When do I get my journal?

Your group leader will bring your journal to the first session. There is no preparatory work required for the first week.
