Hello Preschool Families! Our new month (and start of a new year) was filled with travel for both of our classes! The Preschool 3's journeyed to space! They put on a spacesuit, entered their capsule, and guided it into the stars! The children also had fun exploring a space sensory tub filled with starry surprises. Then, it was time to create a galaxy of their own using watercolor markers on foil. While the Preschool class traveled into space, the Pre-K class trekked into the frosty Arctic! Our STREAM group discovered how a polar bear’s translucent fur appears white in the light. We tracked two REAL polar bears through the Fahlo app. Botley, our robot, helped bring a bear cub to its mama. We also used all we learned about polar bears to build a frosty habitat for them. If your 3- or 4-year-old child is interested in joining the fun, we have opened registration for the 2025-2026 school year! You will find the registration form on our Preschool webpage. If you have any questions or would like to visit our classrooms and meet the teachers, please contact the Director at [email protected]. We would be delighted to share our learning spaces with you!
