We are now more than three months into our ministry at the Immanuel Campus in downtown Puyallup. The last month has been filled with celebrations, planning, and lots of prayers.

We celebrated…

• Preschool students moving to Kindergarten
• Thr3e Assistant Managers, Evan and Jayah, who graduated from high school
• Michelle Barger’s 20 years of faithfulness as Preschool Director
• Erin Neeley’s 10 years of teaching

We began implementing weekly rhythms by establishing…

• Regular office hours - Tuesday through Thursday from 9am - 3pm and Fridays from 9am - noon (Stop by and say hi!).
• Frontlines, Scripture Reading, and Communion Server Teams.

We planned…

• Ministry calendars through August 2026.
• Facility projects for July and August will prepare the campus for the fall launch, including the installation of new carpet in the Worship Center, updates to technology, safety and security measures, and the addition of new signs and decor.

We are looking forward to…

• Finalizing Sunday morning Kids Connect team launching this fall.
• Deep cleaning, updating equipment, and staff training at Thr3e
• Launching Fall Tutoring twice a week, serving more than 60 elementary students and even more high school students and their families.
• Converting the current parsonage (720 West Main) into our new Community Engagement Center. The Center will host a daytime skills-based community-building program for adults with disabilities, as well as after-school enrichment programs and other classes (e.g., Youth and Adult Mental Health First Aid) that will support individuals in our community.

To support this work, we will worship together at the Tacoma Campus on July 6 and 13.

Thr3e will also be closed this summer. We look forward to inviting you into the space once it’s ready in August. Stay tuned!

I’m reminded of 1 Corinthians 3:6 when the Apostle Paul said, “I planted the seed, and Apollos watered it. But God is the One who made it grow.”

We can continue to celebrate and pray that over the summer, the work of ministry is planted and watered. . . and that we place it all into the hands of the One who makes it all grow.
